Group Conscience Meeting / AGAPE Re-Opening Requirements

This has been a difficult time for many.  Thank goodness for Zoom! A group conscience meeting was held on July 3, 2020 to discuss the re-opening of Agape Meetings at the Gibson Building.  Due to State requirements, Sheppard Pratt Hospital requirements, and direction from AA, there were many questions.

Attached below, there are 3 documents.

  • Group Conscience 7.3.2020 is the panel presentation covered in the Group Conscience. It details the reopening requirements of the state of Maryland, Baltimore County and Sheppard Pratt. Masks are required. Social distancing facilitated by floor markers at six foot distances. Hand sanitizers and wipes provided for each member to wipe down surfaces they touch.

  • Reopening Group Conscience 7.3.20 Notes is the notes from the meeting. They define meeting conduct developed by the Group Conscience and next steps for the Gibson Building reopening.

  • Re opening Motions is the worksheet use for editing the motions during the meeting and tallying the vote.

While there are some next steps listed in the notes, the rooms are ready for use. BEFORE anyone returns to the Gibson Building, everyone must read the requirements and conditions for reopening. Become totally familiar with them.
